Comprising one double and one single bedroom, a large sitting/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen area and a bathroom with a bath and a shower over. The apartment has been adequately equipped for a comfortable stay for up three people at any time of year. There is an occasional futon bed for a fourth person.
The living area has two huge Georgian sash windows which floods the apartment with light and give views across the river Avon to the hills beyond. There is broadband Wi-fi, a telephone which is free for local and national calls and full central heating. The apartment is located on the second floor. Free parking is available in our own garage located just around the corner.
Double bedroom: with king size bed, side lights, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror over, chair and hair dryer.
Single bedroom: with side table and light, wardrobe and chair.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and basin.
Kitchen: Fitted kitchen area with electric cooker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/clothes dryer, kettle, fridge, cookware, crockery, glassware etc.
Lounge/dining room: Large leather sofa, TV, DVD player, small stereo system, dining table and four chairs nest of tables and book shelves stocked with books. A camp bed is available for a fourth person, if required.
Linen: Luxury towels and linen are included. Laundry and cleaning services are not available.
Notes on accommodation: The apartment has gas-fired central heating and free broadband Wi-fi is available.
